Conversion-Led Marketing Site

The AI-First Founder

Kaan Can Guven's twice-weekly business letter, published every Monday and Friday. Independent field notes on strategy, money, career, technology, and the people behind useful work, with each issue built to the same four-part shape: the observation, the context behind it, a framework to think with, and one concrete move for the week. The hero splits the page, the subscribe path down the light half and the current field note down the dark, where the issue is drawn as an instrument dial reading signal, context, move. Free letters lead into The Circle, a private membership for deeper briefings and introductions.

Plumb - Web Application project by Clap Digital

Plumb

A cross-surface consistency scanner. Plumb reads a business's website, structured data, chatbot, social bios, Google Business Profile and live ad copy as one document, then marks every point where those surfaces contradict each other, the closing time the footer and the listing disagree on, the price the chatbot will not repeat. A language model does the reading; a deterministic engine makes every decision below it, so two scans of an unchanged site return an identical result. Findings are attacked before they ship, and the ones that did not survive are shown beside the ones that did. The interface is a drafting instrument: one graduated rule, no boxes anywhere, and a single orange reserved to mean out of true.

Performance evidence

Theoneclientwhosenumberswe'reallowedtopublish:us.

A site that looks right is half the job. The other half is people arriving. We do that work too, and the client results worth showing you are covered by confidentiality agreements, which is why you won't find a single client campaign result on this page. So we pointed the machine at ourselves instead. Two channels, our own budget, our own accounts, instrumented from day one. Almost every figure below was read from the system that produced it; the one exception is labelled where it appears.

Channel one · Outbound

A qualification engine, not a lead list.

Most outbound fails on the filter, not the message. Ours screens public professional-network activity for buying signals, scores each prospect against a defined ICP, and only then writes the opening line. Nearly six in ten profiles never make it past the filter. A human enters at the live conversation and not before.

  1. 2,101Profiles screenedEvery one scored
  2. 870Qualified to ICP41% pass the filter
  3. 691Invitations sentAcross 46 days
  4. 271Connections accepted39%, confirmed
  5. 279Conversations openedLive message threads
  6. 3–4Booked calls a weekOperator-reported

Week one sent 11 invitations. Week seven sent 197, seventeen times the volume, and acceptance never fell below 32% along the way. Scaling outbound is easy. Scaling it without the acceptance rate collapsing is the part that takes discipline.

Read from the system's own event logs on 27 July 2026, covering 12 June to 27 July 2026 inclusive, deduplicated by unique profile. Conversations slightly exceed confirmed acceptances because we count an acceptance only when it can be re-verified, and drop it otherwise. Weekly cohorts run Monday to Sunday, so the first covers 12 to 14 June, the first three days of activity.

Channel two · Paid

Our own money, audited to the lead.

Impressions
971k
All-in cost per lead
$134
Click-through rate
3.16%

In the final month the account moved to a lower-cost reach objective and recorded no website leads. We left it in the average. Taking it out would have improved the headline cost per lead from $134 to $122, and it would have been a lie.

Read from Clap Digital's own ad account on 27 July 2026 through the Meta Ads API, covering five months of spend to that date. Reporting currency is US dollars. Leads are the platform's own recorded result for the account's lead objective, not a Clap-defined metric. The 971k impressions figure is all-in across all five months. Click-through rate is measured across the four lead-objective months alone, on 690,506 impressions and 21,820 clicks.

What this proves, and what it doesn’t

  • It proves the machine exists and runs.

It is live, instrumented and opening conversations daily. It is not a slide.

  • It proves the ramp discipline is real.

Seventeen times the volume across seven weeks, with acceptance intact.

  • It does not prove your numbers will match.

This is our ICP, in our market, against our offer. Yours will produce different rates, and only the first ninety days will tell you what they are.

  • The booked-call figure is reported, not instrumented.

Three to four a week is what our operators read off their own calendars. On a client engagement it sits in a shared CRM from day one and becomes a measured number.

Frequently asked questions

About our work

What kinds of projects have you built?

Our work spans business and marketing websites, web applications, e-commerce stores, AI-powered tools, and interactive experiences across industries like hospitality, professional services, health, and retail. We are full-stack, so each one was designed and built in-house rather than assembled from templates.

Can you build something custom for my industry?

Yes. We build every project from scratch around your goals, so we are not limited to the industries shown here. On a short free discovery call we learn how your business works, then propose a build tailored to it with a fixed quote.

Do you only do design, or full development too?

Both, and everything in between. As a full-stack team we handle design, frontend and backend development, databases, APIs, and infrastructure in-house, so one team takes a project from first concept to launch and post-launch support.

Can I get something similar to your past work?

Definitely. The projects here show the quality and range we deliver; your build would be designed fresh for your brand and goals rather than copied. Tell us which examples resonate on a discovery call and we will map out an approach for you.

Do you handle marketing as well as building the site?

Yes. Alongside design and development we run outbound and paid acquisition. Most of that work is covered by client confidentiality agreements, so the figures we publish are our own: spend, cost per lead, acceptance rates and funnel volumes from campaigns we run on our own accounts. We can walk you through the live dashboards on a discovery call.
