Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-25

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clapdigital.co, the Clap Radar product, and any related services (together, the "Service") provided by Clap Digital ("Clap", "we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at contact@clapdigital.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The Service

Clap Radar is an audit-and-AI-builder platform that (a) audits websites you specify, (b) generates code suggestions for those sites using AI, and (c) — when you authorise it — publishes those suggestions to your live site via a universal script tag ("Live Tag") or a connected platform adapter (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, GitHub). You decide what to publish. Nothing is published without your explicit action.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

  • Free tier is offered without payment and may be subject to usage limits and feature restrictions.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout (typically USD).
  • Refunds: we offer a refund of the most recent monthly charge if you cancel within 7 days of that charge and have not used the publish features in that period. Refunds for annual plans are pro-rated and approved on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@clapdigital.co.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from inside Radar. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • Taxes: prices exclude any applicable VAT or local sales tax, which we will add where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Audit, modify, or publish to a website you do not own or have written authorisation to modify.
  • Generate or publish code that contains malware, cryptocurrency miners, unauthorised tracking, or content that violates the law of your jurisdiction or the UAE.
  • Attempt to bypass tier limits, rate limits, or authentication.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its underlying APIs except as expressly permitted.
  • Use the Service to harm minors, distribute hate content, or infringe third-party intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice. We may also remove or disable any published overlay or patch that we reasonably believe is malicious.

6. Your content & generated code

Your content: the URLs, prompts, brand assets, and customer data you put into Radar remain yours. You grant Clap a non-exclusive licence to process this content solely to provide the Service.

Generated code: code that Radar's AI generates in response to your prompts is yours to use, modify, and publish on your own sites. Note that generative AI may produce output that is similar to existing public code; you are responsible for ensuring your use of any generated output complies with applicable law and licences.

Aggregate data: we may use anonymised, aggregated usage data (number of audits, popular fix patterns, etc.) to improve the Service and report on overall trends. This data does not identify you or your customers.

7. Connecting third-party sites

When you connect a website to Radar — by adding the Live Tag, granting a deploy token, or linking a CMS account — you confirm that you are authorised to make changes to that site. You are responsible for the consequences of changes you publish through Radar to your live site, including any breakage, downtime, or content issues. Radar offers preview, version history, and overlay rollback to help you avoid and recover from publishing mistakes.

8. AI output disclaimer

Code, copy, and other suggestions produced by Radar's AI are generated automatically and may contain errors, security issues, or content that is unsuitable for your context. Always review AI-generated output before publishing it to a live site. Clap does not guarantee that AI output is bug-free, secure, accessible, performant, legally compliant, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily limit access to protect the Service or our other users. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of planned downtime.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or as required by law. On termination, your data is handled per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

11. Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that audits are complete, that AI output is correct, or that publishing will not affect your site.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clap and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Clap harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) content you submit to or publish through the Service, or (c) your use of the Service in a way that infringes a third party's rights.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
